We currently deliver across Ahmedabad city and select surrounding areas through our trusted third-party logistics partners and contract-based delivery personnel.
Delivery Timelines:
Orders are typically delivered within the selected time slot. However, delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or logistical challenges beyond our control.
Third-Party Delivery Partners:
Meatnation uses third-party delivery applications and contracted riders for last-mile fulfillment. While we monitor their performance closely, we are not liable for any delay, damage, or misdelivery caused by them.
Order Verification:
Please check your order at the time of delivery. Once accepted, the order will be considered completed.

Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Food Clause:
Since our products are fresh and temperature-sensitive, returns or replacements are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Complaint Window:
Any product-related complaint (e.g., freshness, packaging issue, or incorrect item) must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with photos or videos for verification.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are processed only if a valid quality issue is confirmed by our support team within the 2-hour window. Refunds, if approved, will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery.
- Improper product storage post-delivery.
- Change of mind or taste preference.
- Incorrect storage temperature leading to spoilage.
Product Storage & Handling Guidelines
Temperature Maintenance:
Our products are delivered in vacuum-sealed and temperature-controlled packs. Once received, they must be immediately refrigerated at or below 5°C.
Shelf Life:
Meatnation products should be consumed within 12 hours of delivery for optimal freshness, flavor, and safety.
Handling Responsibility:
We ensure strict hygiene and cold-chain protocols until delivery. After acceptance, product handling and storage are the customer’s responsibility.
Health Disclaimer:
Meatnation shall not be responsible for any quality deterioration or health issue resulting from delayed refrigeration, improper storage, or cross-contamination at the customer’s end.

- Our liability is limited to the product value in case of verified quality complaints.
