Welcome to Meatnation.in (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms
By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. Meatnation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information
We ensure hygienic handling and temperature-controlled packaging for all items. Product images shown on the website are for illustration only and may vary from actual items.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders placed on Meatnation.in are subject to product availability and serviceable areas. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if delivery is not possible, there are pricing or stock errors, or incorrect information is provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We shall be charging GST over and above the printed price.

• Payment can be made via secure online gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD), wherever available. In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver using third-party delivery partners and contract-based delivery personnel. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Meatnation is not responsible for delays caused by third-party agents. Customers must check their order at the time of delivery.

6. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered. Complaints must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order with proof. Beyond this period, no refund or replacement will be entertained.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Product Storage and Consumption
All items must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and stored at or below 5°C. They must be consumed within 12 hours. Meatnation is not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or delayed consumption.

8. Limitation of Liability
Meatnation, its employees, or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
